Welcome to all of our supporters. We have created this blog to stay in touch with supporters of the North Shore Medical Center Cancer WALK. The NSMC Cancer WALK is the largest one day fundraising event on the North Shore of Boston, and this year will be our 19th annual event in Salem, MA, Because of you, we have raised over $14 million in 18 years. We hope you will suport us as we start another walk season and open the new MGH/North Shore Cancer Center in Danvers on June 1, 2009!

I am walking in memory of my Dad who lost his battle in 2006. This year will be extra special because the walk falls on Father's Day, some people say the pain goes away in time, but for me it hasn't lessend at all. I know my Dad would want us all to keep raising money to end this Horrible Disease.
